Stable Diffusion vs artist: how illustrators/artists should be protected from AI?

Stable Diffusion technology changed the world.

This means it has huge impact on dozens of industries, and there was concern it could harm illustrators/artists who creates drawings with their hands.

The most horrible case, which was expected in the first place when stable diffusion appeared, is impostors who screenshot the picture of an artist and put the art into NovelAI and claimed he got earlier timestamp on twitter so he is the original artist:

The thing is to allow this criminal/deceptive plagiarism could harm the art and relinquish the community, and it escalates the `liar wins` scenario which gives apparatus to theives.

This is not sort of Luddite movement, but this destroys the art community and discourages `creator/inventor` and nurtures `stealer`. We need to protect creators from those free-riders. (to protect the culture and art).

Creators/artist is not for nurturing the non-skilled liars to steal his/her works and add title on it. Plus, the technology to make it more easier to happen and make it more harder to sue those things is not appropriate. This is the issue of morality. Molesting kids is out of morality. Downloading artist's works and put it in stable diffusion and generate the product without the permissions of the original artist is out of morality. Violation of morality and intellectual property should have retribution and legal consequences.

To protect artists from plagiarism, we demand companies providing drawing tools to implement the new feature of the following requirements:

*********************************************************************************************************************

- Drawing apps such as CLIP STUDIO PAINT/Procreate/Illustrator should generate certificate if the user did not imported any pictures in the project and exported the file.

- Embed certificate to prove humanness into the picture file. This means we need maybe the extention such as `.jpgx`, `.pngx` which means the picture has the certificate.

- Once exported the jpgx/pngx, those certificate is sent to the central server of those hosting corporations. (this is why even though AI artist tried to forge the certificate, it is not verified by any organization)

*********************************************************************************************************************

This means we are not against stable diffusion itself, but we focus on expelling the free-riders who claims his/her false identity and skills.

We need certificate for pure human art as soon as possible.

This looks analogous to the https certificate as well.

Since Artificial Intelligence is evolving with drastic speed, those fake-proof-ness  (and its workflow) should be implemented as soon as possible.

To realize this the third-party to assure you(human) are doing it or you have the skill is really important. Else, all the observers of the work have to take it as that of A.I.'s.

My company tried to initiate the project to assure those certificates but all we got on twitter was low quality critics, which is useless.

If this is not implemented, the academic thesis is under the attack of tons of plagiarisms in the future, plus any writings should also be machine-learned by the A.I. and people with no skills and capacity claims he did this or that.

This looks distopia (we saw this distopia on Github Copilot stealing developer's code), and also we are going to be much less fake proof and it can be used as deceiving the court or public opinions.

Some action needed, and this .jpgx extension with certificate verified by third party could help our artists from those nasty activities.
